چکیده
This work introduces three eco-friendly UV spectrophotometric methods for the simultaneous estimation of Paracetamol, Aceclofenac and Eperisone Hydrochloride in pharmaceutical tablet formulation. The procedures employed were equation method multivariate chemometric with phosphate buffer pH 7.80 as diluent. encompasses absorbance measurement at different wavelengths (λmax drugs). It exhibits linearity between 12–18 µg mL−1 paracetamol, 3.69–5.53 Aceclofenac, 2.76–4.15 hydrochloride. results obtained accuracy precision by within permissible limits. Principal component regression partial least squares tools used methods. calibration set prediction constructed, spectra recorded zero order mode, further subjected to analysis. % recoveries techniques showed good accuracy, analytical figures merit acceptable. Statistical comparison assay proposed no significant difference found among using one way analysis variance. Greenness evaluation revealed greenness profile them be ecofriendly. described appropriate routine quality control laboratories, facilitating eco-friendly, fast, cost effective determination Acemyoset P tablets.
